Phase 1 / Planning

We kick off with the planning phase, where we listen closely and immerse ourselves in your vision to understand your style and preferences. We then recommend the best vendors to bring your ideas to life.

Phase 2 / design

Our design phase is where we create a comprehensive blueprint for every visual element of your day. From color palettes to tablescape mockups, every detail is thoroughly presented in a personalized design board.

During the coordination phase, we oversee the final logistics and work closely with your vendors to fine-tune timelines, floor plans, and details. We develop a comprehensive event packet to align all vendors.

Phase 3 / coordination

Phase 4 / execution

We act as your hosts for the event, overseeing all production and behind-the-scenes details with vendors. You're free to simply grab a cocktail and enjoy the experience knowing we've got it covered.
